Ferme Saint Simeon is a beautiful 17th Century Norman house located on the heights of Honfleur, boasting a panoramic Seine Estuary view, whose lights fascinated the masters of impressionism. Today, the refurbished farm offers a gourmet restaurant, a bistrot, a bar, lounge and smoking lounge featuring numerous impressionist and contemporary paintings bringing back an atmosphere of a bygone era. The 35 rooms and suites have been carefully decorated with ancient paneling, oaked flooring and noble materials culminating in a refined finish. Enjoy the spa and its original concept where treatments are carried out with a combination of local Bio products as apples. With our art gallery and painter on site, we propose our guests painting lessons in our rose gardens. They can sit where Monet, Corot, Jongkind etc...used to sit and paint the same landscape.
