L’Assiette Champenoise is a family-owned hotel and restaurant founded in 1975 by Jean-Pierre and Colette Lallement, located in Tinqueux, near Reims. Our house’s proud history still echoes within its walls today, now with Colette at the helm, helped by her daughter Mélanie, the hotel manager, her son Arnaud, the three star restaurant’s chef, and his wife Magali. This family spirit is what gives our hotel and restaurant their identity, including our proud and passionate staff who make every effort to make our guests feel part of the family every day. L’Assiette Champenoise is a family home with a beautiful façade punctuated by the region’s characteristic style of brickwork.
