The ‘Bubbles Tour’ will take you into the Champagne Valley, a wine region located in the Northeastern part of France. Champagne, the world famous sparkling wine we all know and love, is also the name of the region where this wine is made. The Champagne region has a great history, beautiful landscapes and many scenic routes with picturesque villages, forests, superb vineyards, and not to be forgotten, the “champenois” lifestyle! Under French and European law, the use of the name “Champagne” is subjected to strict regulation and can only be used for wines produced in this region. Like all wine regions in France which follow the AOC (Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée) rules, the area where Champagne is produced is well regulated. The five sub-regions are: Aube, Côte des Blancs, Côte de Sézanne,Montagne de Reims, and Vallée de la Marne. You will stop in a couple local wineries where you will have private Champagne tastings which will allow you to experience the atmosphere and the real essence of this magical region.Enjoy!
