During this tour, you’ll follow the Christian Path, visiting some of the most emblematic sites of Christianity in France. A fascinating historical and spiritual journey, you’ll get the chance to visit one of the most spectacular Cistercian abbeys, the 12th century Thoronet Abbey, which is now a museum. One of the main highlights of our tour will be a visit to the 13th century Saint-Maximin Basilica, dedicated to Mary Magdalene and home to her tomb and relics. The tour will also take in the Sainte-Baume Regional Natural Park, a place of spiritual pilgrimage. Here we’ll find huge the limestone walls which hide the sacred area of Plan d’Aups Sainte Baume. This is where the Saint Mary Magdalene lived in a cave towards the end of her life.
