LaVague de Saint Paul is a building initially founded in the late 70’s by thefamous architect André Minangoy, knowned for being the designer of theemblematic «Marina Baie des Anges » in Villeneuve Loubet as well as the «VistaPalace » hotel in Roquebrune Cap Martin. From 1970 to 2000, Unisys, Americanmultinational of new technologies, did its international convention center. Thecompany organized seminars, training, conventions and invited clients, partners.Renovation works began in spring 2012 supervised by Maurus Frei, a swissarchitect, in coordination with the expertise of Phoenix Hotel Collection,specialized in “Boutique Hotel” management. Those two expertises make of LaVague de Saint Paul a modern hotel with a refined design corresponding toquality standards required by international clientele. The furniture was made“sur mesure” by the Portuguese designer Leite De Castro, specialized in woodmanual work. The whole material and technical installation has been chosen inan environmental way. Public spaces (lobby, living-room, bar and reception) arewide bright spaces with modern design, contrast between colours and materials…Akhara Chay runs the kitchens of the restaurant “Au Jardin de la Vague” andoffers you lunches and dinners with a creative Mediterranean cuisine. Enjoy amodern and uncluttered designed inside or the terrace overlooking theswimming-pool.
