On our tour, we’ll visit the monastery and marvel at the magnificent bay below. Afterwards we’ll head to Cancale, a small fishing port, known as the ‘oyster capital’. Life here in Cancale revolves around the picturesque harbor with its rows of quaint fishermen’s cottages backed by cliffs. Oyster lovers should head to the Quai Administrateur Thomas and its oyster market, filled with baskets of freshly picked flat and pacific oysters.
