Start your visit with the Cluny Abbey: from the Abbey park to the monks’ granary, including the Maior Ecclesia and the 18th-century cloister and be amazed by its extraordinary architectural and artistic legacy. Stroll around the medieval town, still well preserved, and you will be given the best suggestion for lunch. In the afternoon we take off for Berzé-la-Ville, where you will visit the monks’ chapel, decorated in the middle ages by the artists who painted in Cluny. A short drive will take you through the vineyards of the Mâcon area where you can taste the precious local wines.
