This is the tour for wine lovers, a trip around the Côtes-du-Rhônes, one of the most beautiful wine-growing appellations in France. Located in northern Provence, the Côtes-du-Rhônes produces around 89% red wine, 7% rosé wine and 4% white wine, and grows a variety of grape varieties including Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre. During our tour of the region, we’ll visit Châteauneuf-du-Pape, home to over 3,200 hectares of vineyards and over 80 wine growers, stopping at some of the best wineries along the way. We’ll then make our way to the attractive villages of Gigondas and Seguret, before visiting a wine house for tastings. We’ll take the scenic route through the Dentelles de Montmirail, a chain of mountains offering spectacular views over the surrounding vineyards.
