Le Saint-James Hotel **** owes his name to the famous street in the historical center of Bordeaux. The 18th century farmhouse - converted and enlarged in 1989 by the French leading famous architect Jean Nouvel - is a chic and confidential address of Bouliac, located 10 km from Bordeaux only.The French Architect have created four “pavilions” - inspired by the tobacco kilns of the past - connected to the original building. He took special care on preserving the rusty aspect, weathered, flaking, and did not distort anything. The establishment is open on the surrounding nature for lunch, dinner or for a relaxing time in the middle of the vineyards. Le Saint -James is called the « balcony of Bordeaux », due to its amazing panoramic view and landscape…A unique atmosphere has been created for each room and suite. Designed by Jean Nouvel in 1989, rooms and suites kept a special spirit linked to the nature surroundings and vineyards.
