This tour is not just about stopping at a few chocolate boutiques and bakeries and buying a few treats here and there to taste, this tour consists of privileged behind-the-scenes visits to exclusive places. It will take you through the gourmet world of Paris, visiting a small private chocolate boutique where you will taste the chocolate with a master chocolatier and visit his atelier. You will also visit a wonderful patisserie and boulangerie, going back into the kitchens and watching the team bake their exquisite cakes, pastries and breads, especially their famous fougasse (stuffed savory breads)! The tour continues from one gourmet shop to another and will take you to a bakery which still uses their 17th century ovens. The history of the neighborhoods, chocolate and bread making over the centuries will be recounted along the way.
